Disclosure Policy

As a recreational sewist, this blog is mostly filled with fabric and patterns that I’ve forked over my hard-earned cash for.

Please rest assure that I will always tell you expressly in the blog post if I have received a pattern and/or fabric free of charge from a commercial supplier (e.g. as part of pattern testing or product review or testing), rather than paid for it myself.

If I somehow convinced my Mum, husband or other family member to buy it for me, I’m probably not going to tell you about that….

Apart from the occasional and expressly noted free fabric or pattern I receive no remuneration for any blog posts and I will only ever share opinions and views on here if they are entirely my own!
